The room was huge and tastefully decorated with a very comfy bed. It had a fabulous view of the sea and the sand dunes of Maspalomas.- The staff was accommodating, provided quick check-in, and a late check-out.- Everything was excellent; I would recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here and we'd tell anyone to check it out. The view from the room was stunning, breakfast was mind-blowing, and the beds were super cozy. Check-in was a breeze, and the vibe around the hotel was peaceful. 🌴

The place was pretty clean, and the room was super tidy. The breakfast was nice and hot, with a coffee machine that was a plus 😉. They had something on the menu for all tastes.

We had new-fashioned and huge room with safe. The bed was extremely comfy, and it was convenient to have an electric kettle and glassware. The hotel location was great very close to a beautiful beach.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated, had a beautiful view of the sea, and even had a wake-up service available! 😊 The staff here were incredibly friendly and pleasant throughout my stay.

The staff are superbly friendly, the hotel is wonderful relaxing and with incredible location short walk to local pubs and restaurants across the road, the best shops, and the Maspalomas Dunes and the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. The atmosphere of the property is quiet.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with separate living and sleeping areas and two balconies. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

More breakfast choices would have made it even better. A wider variety of options would cater to different tastes and preferences.

The treatment of all the people working in the hotel is excellent. It also has renovated and well-kept facilities for the most part. The room is spacious and well equipped, as well as clean and with welcome details. The service of the Sunset Bar is excellent. Very good location and well communicated with the whole island.

Some aspects need some attention: some machines in the gym need revision and maintenance, shows leave a lot to be desired (they seem to be from the 90's) and bar schedule should be extended, until 12 o'clock at night seems a little early to me to be an "adults only" hotel, after several days the menu of meals and dinners can become repetitive. On the other hand, in the middle of August, we could not make use of the spa's massage service because there was no staff to do it: a pity.
